Noell and Steve have been friends for 30 years and share-in common—growing up in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma, a love of the historic homes in the Maple Ridge neighborhood there and a passion for doing their utmost to create homes that are cherished by their clients.

After a great deal of preparation and effort, they formed the company years ago knowing that a deliberate approach to building a team would deliver a superior client experience and an exceptional finished home. It has been and continues to be a very effective collaboration--one that offers a diversity of perspectives and mutual capacity to accomplish the goals of our clients.
